Shipping Policy
Shipping destinations
BeFitPulse currently ships to Poland and other supported European Union countries. Availability is confirmed at checkout after you enter the delivery address.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping for the products currently offered by BeFitPulse is free. If another shipping option or charge applies, it will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery date or delivery window displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation is the applicable estimate for your order. Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and supplier availability.
Tracking
When the fulfillment partner dispatches the order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available. You can also use the order-status link included in your Shopify notification.
Split shipments
Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers. A single order can therefore arrive in more than one package and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is split.
Address changes
Check the shipping address carefully before completing payment. Contact us immediately at xavier.wojdylo0605@gmail.com if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect estimated delivery dates. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number.
Customs, taxes, and duties
Any tax, customs duty, import charge, or handling fee collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Charges not collected by BeFitPulse may be payable by the recipient where required by the destination country.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is shown as delivered but cannot be found, contact us promptly at xavier.wojdylo0605@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos where possible.
